# = The number (#) of bucks taken
% = The percentage  (%) of bucks taken in that age class for that year
| = This symbol serves only to divide the numbers in each column - # of bucks taken and the percentage (%).

This Table (#4) shows the Buck Age Distribution from a total number of sampled bucks (and the percentage harvested in particular age classes) from the years 2000 - 2006.

The age of the bucks taken is found in the top row while the year taken is in the left column.  The number of bucks taken in a particular age class for that year is listed next to the percent of the bucks taken in that age class.  The total number of bucks sampled is represented in the far right column.

Examples:  Out of 926 bucks sampled in the year 2000,  593 year-and-a-half old bucks (1.5 yrs) were sampled.  They represented 64 percent (%) of the bucks sampled for the year 2000.  Likewise, out of those 926 bucks sampled, only three bucks were 5.5 years old.  They represented less than 1% (>1) of the bucks sampled for that year.
